INVESTMENT: $135/month

WHAT YOU RECEIVE:

• One follow up consultation (30 minutes), including goal setting, food diary analysis, race planning and bi-annual blood test reviews;
• Email and phone support for one month.

This program is on-going, on a month-to-month basis as per your requirements.
