Choc Avocado Smoothie V2

Using Vital Protein Australia chocolate pea protein, this Choc Avocado Smoothie literally tastes like chocolate mousse. I’m looking forward to freezing batch two into little dessert cups, so stay tuned for that! Did you know the best way to start your day is with a high protein breakfast? Throw your sugary cereal in the bin please!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled & pitted
  • 1 Medjool date, pitted
  • 1 teaspoon raw cacao nibs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tray of ice, optional

 Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Top with extra cacao nibs and enjoy.
