- Your initial consultation (virtual; 60 minutes) to discuss your medical history, menstrual cycle history, blood test results, gut health and lifestyle;
- A fully personalised nutrition program including real food and hormone education, example meal plans, hormone-friendly recipes and a personalised supplementation plan;
- Three group virtual sessions, conducted weekly (45-60 minutes) where Elly will cover key concepts and offer time for Q and A. The sessions include: 1. understanding & tracking your menstrual cycle and common signs of dysfunction 2. the influence of blood sugar control and the gut microbiome. 3. liver, toxins and testing options; and
- Email support for your program duration. Please note that test results, supplements and major protocol changes can not be discussed via email.
