The team at IQS have done it again. Their Healthy Family Meals ebook launched this week and we have one copy to giveaway! But first, here’s a rundown of IQS Healthy Family Meals.
The highlights:
- “Budget Alert”. There’s plenty of amazing recipes at less than $1/serve.
- “Lovely Leftovers”. I’m a big fan of wastage-free and leftovers really are one of the best ways to make your JERF lifestyle simple, cost-effective and environmentally friendly.
- “Friday Night Fun Food”. Need I say more?
- Their allergy substitution guide. There’s gluten, nut and dairy alternatives, making this ebook suitable for everyone.
- And of course, the recipes. There’s 40 sugar free recipes and my favourites so far are the Greek Lamb Shoulder (featured), Slow Cooked Chinese Pork Shoulder in Lettuce Cups, Mexican Chicken and Sweet Potato Boats and the Sweet Potato, Dark Chocolate and Sea Salt Chips!
