I am so excited to share our very first free online workshop with you today!
This workshop is all about how to optimise your health and smash your PBs using our unique training and fat adaptation technique. The cool thing is that you don’t have to be an elite athlete to benefit from this method… in fact, this was the exact method I used to get fit and healthy in the lead up to my wedding last year!
If you enjoy the occasional jog, yoga or F45 class, then you’ll love some of the amazing principles we’ll be discussing. These principles can used to boost your performance, get longer lasting energy and simply feel amazing while you workout.
I have been working with athletes in my clinic for over seven years. I have seen a constant stream of injured, exhausted athletes who had digestive issues, hormonal imbalances and so much more going on in the background. I knew there had to be a more effective way of training and fueling the body, so after many years of research, I am so proud to finally be able to share this unique approach in our free workshop!
I’ll also be joined by some amazing experts such as Kirsty Wirth from Kultured Wellness, who will talk to us about the impact of gut health on performance, and Dr. Phil Maffetone from MAF Method, who will be sharing his philosophy on how to train smarter, not harder.
Plus, I’ll be jumping online to answer all of your questions in our Q&A sessions.
