If you’ve been part of the team at The Natural Nutritionist for a while, you will know that we believe that one of the best things you can do for your health is to minimise your consumption of packaged foods. We firmly believe that real food – food that comes out of the ground, off a tree or from an animal – is key. It provides us with the most nutrient dense and whole food source of nutrition.
