New Recipe: Quinoa & Flaxseed Porridge

There is nothing quite like a warm bowl of porridge on a cold winters morning and we have created a delicious version for you. Our Quinoa & Flaxseed Porridge is gluten free, protein and fibre filled and guaranteed to keep you satisfied all morning!

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 1/3 cup quinoa flakes
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch sea salt


  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
  • Handful raspberries


  1. To a small saucepan, add quinoa flakes, flaxseed meal, milk, water, vanilla, cinnamon and pinch of salt. Stirring regularly, bring to a simmer and simmer for 3-5 minutes until porridge thickens.
  2. Remove from the heat and top with almond butter, coconut flakes and a handful of raspberries. 
  3. Enjoy!
