It’s all about nutrient timing. This program is perfect for athletes who want to get lean and perform better with the right education and a personalised nutrition approach. You will ideally start in your off-season to enhance your metabolic efficiency and fine-tune your fuelling for race day or competition.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE:
- Your initial consultation (virtual; 60 minutes) to discuss your medical history, training history, gut health and lifestyle;
- A fully personalised nutrition program including fuelling and recovery education, example meal plans, fat loss-specific recipes and a personalised supplementation plan;
- Metabolic Efficiency Testing (MET) and/or pathology analysis;
- Access to practitioner-grade supplements with detailed education specific to dose, timing, contraindications and duration;
- Three follow up consultations, conducted every 4-6 weeks (30 minutes);
- Three coaching calls (15 minutes); and
- Email support for your program duration (approximately 4 months).

- Payment plans of 2 instalments are available. 50% is required to secure your first appointment and 50% is due 8 weeks later. Please contact us to organise this.

- MET is not compulsory and may incur an additional cost, dependent on provider and/or your Exercise Physiology private health cover.
