Cancellation Policy

Prior to your first appointment, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Rescheduling or cancellation of this appointment can occur up to 36 hours prior, after which your deposit will be forfeited. Provided you give 36 hours’ notice of cancellation, your deposit will be placed on your account for future use (this includes for a future booking or store purchases). Please note except in the case of extreme circumstances, refunds cannot be provided.
For follow up appointments, you will be required to have a valid credit card on file and you will be charged following your appointment. If your credit card declines, you will be emailed the invoice and we kindly ask that you pay on the day. Our 36-hour cancellation policy also applies to follow up appointments. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment your credit card will be charged 50% of your appointment fee. If you are on a program and do not attend your scheduled appointment, your entire consult will be forfeited. We appreciate your acceptance and understanding of this cancellation policy.
