New Recipe: Easy Avocado Dressing

The difference between a good and great recipe can often be as simple as the dressing or condiments used. Our Easy Avocado Dressing is not only packed full of good fats but is also a great addition to any salad, warm or cold.

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • ½ avocado
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ bunch basil leaves
  • Sea salt & pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blitz until smooth and creamy.
  2. Blend in a little water if you would like a thinner dressing.
