New Recipe: Creamy Golden Latte

You might be aware of all the beautiful benefits that turmeric has to offer including it’s powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant qualities however fitting it into your daily routine can be a challenge without the right recipes under your belt. Let us present to you our Creamy Golden Latte! 

Now more than ever, nutrients are fundamental to support our immune system and keep us strong and healthy! Turmeric is just one way you can keep your inflammation levels at bay (you can thank stress for increasing that) and the addition of MCT powder will provide some fuel for your brain, support fat burning and improve bioavailability so you can get all the powerful benefits that turmeric has to offer!

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon Melrose MCT powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon monk fruit sweetener (optional)

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a small pot over low-medium heat. Stir until warm and all ingredients have combined.
  2. Add mixture to a blender for approximately 30 seconds or until creamy.
  3. Serve into a mug and enjoy!
