The highly trained and knowledgeable coaches have formulated their training camps with a strategic combination of performance, recovery, nutrition and education designed to change the way you train, live, think and function – resulting in a performance like no other! Throughout the 3 day camp, an invaluable workshop will be delivered by Steph on all things race nutrition and planning, plus all you need to know about how to calculate your race day nutrition plan. You will be training alongside other like-minded athletes to learn and explore new training rides and runs to challenge yourself outside of your comfort zone.
