Packed full of protein and good quality carbohydrates, this is the perfect post-exercise treat!
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 small banana
- 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
- 2 free range eggs
- 2 Medjool dates
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 tray of ice
- Add almond milk and chia seeds to the blender and let sit for 15 minutes for the chia seeds to go to work.
- Add remaining ingredients to the blender and blend with ice if required.
