Today, the lovely Kirsty from Kultured Wellness has provided us with this gorgeous Fermented Chia Pudding to try.
Fermented Chia Pudding
Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- ½ cup Kultured Wellness Coconut Kefir
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon maca powder
- ¼ apple, grated
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 1 small handful of fresh mint, finely diced
- Combine all ingredients in a jar and seal tightly.
- Leave overnight (8-12 hours) on the bench top to ferment.
- Top with blueberries and mint to serve.
