With MCT coffee all the rage, if you follow a dairy free or vegan lifestyle, you probably feel that you’ve been missing out. Until now…. We’ve developed a MCT coffee which will provide you with all the delicious benefits of a regular MCT Coffee – fat burning, satiety, increased mental clarity and clean lasting energy – without the dairy. We hope you enjoy.
Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 1/4 cup organic coffee beans, ground
- 1 tablespoon coconut butter
- 1 teaspoon Melrose MCT oil
- 1 scoop collagen powder, optional
Method
- Make a standard espresso using a coffee machine or your preferred method.
- Add hot water to a blender to pre-heat.
- Empty water and add coffee, coconut butter, MCT oil and collagen powder and blend for 10-20 seconds or until creamy and well combined.
