As you might know, raw garlic is one of nature’s true superfoods due to its high levels of sulfur compounds including allicin. Allicin provides potent medicinal properties and due to the antimicrobial, antiviral and antifungal nature of raw garlic, it is one of the best ways to support your immune system and fight off colds and flus. I don’t know about you but with the current pandemic we are faced with I think we should put down the toilet paper and get our hands on some garlic instead don’t you?
The ‘raw’ part can be where it gets tricky so we thought we’d make it a little easier, take the pressure off and create a simple recipe to get you on your way! This Zesty Garlic Dressing adds character and flavour to any salad and even contains MCT oil for some extra fat burning fuel.

Hi Lee, MCT stands for medium chain triglycerides. MCT oil is coconut derived and easily absorbed and converted in the liver to ketones which fuel the brain and body for both mental and physical performance. Also great for fat burning so give it a try and see what you think 🙂
